It’s free to register

There’s no fee to register for the SDMX Global Conference. However, participants are responsible their own travel and accomodation costs.

Can’t travel?

If you’re unable to travel to Rome, you can still watch the plenary sessions which will be broadcast on live stream. The capacity building however is restricted to those attending in person.

I want to attend online

There’s no need to register.

The live stream will be public with details of how to join shared nearer the time. It’s important to note however that the Conference is not a hybrid event. Only those attending in person will be able to participate fully by asking questions and engaging in discussion.

The Social Dinner is held on the evening of Tuesday 30 September providing an unmissable opportunity to network and enjoy the historic city of Rome.

Help on how to register

Registration is managed by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Click on the Start Registration button or follow this link to begin the registration process: https://www.ilo.org/ilostat-meetings .

Create an account or log in to the ILOSTAT Meetings platform.
You may already have an account if you’ve previously attended ILOSTAT or SDMX events. If so, just enter your email address and password. ‘Reset password’ is helpful if you have forgotten your password.
Create a new account if needed by clicking ‘Create Account’ on the login form. New organisations can be added with the + button if yours is not listed.

If you created a new account, wait for the confirmation email and click the link provided.
On the Welcome page, click the ‘Meeting Access with token’ button and enter the token SDMXGC2025.
Complete the registration form.
